Before & After. TG Lab iGaming platform was based on 90's fashion MS Windows based application. The goal was to transform it into a web based platform.

Project overview

I worked on transforming an outdated Windows-based, 90’s UI application into a modern, responsive, and web-based SaaS solution for an omnichannel iGaming platform. This platform combines sportsbook, casino, lottery, and financial products into a unified experience for enterprise-level operators. The goal was to simplify and streamline the user experience while enabling scalability for different vendors with a white-label UI.

Legacy UI Transformation

  • Challenge: Converting a Windows-based, 90’s style application into a modern, responsive, web-based platform.

  • Solution: Redesigned the user interface to be mobile-friendly and visually appealing. Focused on removing unnecessary clutter and ensuring that the interface was user-friendly across devices.

Persona Definition and Workflow Redesign

  • Challenge: Identifying key user personas (such as the Head of Support & Payment) and creating workflows that suited their needs.

  • Solution: Conducted user interviews, analyzed daily tasks, and defined personas. Created new workflows that simplified operations and enhanced user satisfaction.

Scalable White-Label UI

  • Challenge: Creating a flexible, white-label UI that allowed vendors to adopt different styles while maintaining the platform’s functionality.

  • Solution: Developed a modular design system that enabled easy customization, ensuring vendors could maintain their branding while using the core platform features.

Feature Development and Integration

  • Challenge: Integrating multiple features (player account management, automation engine, and BI reporting) into a cohesive and intuitive experience.

  • Solution: Designed intuitive interfaces for managing player accounts, automating business processes, and accessing business intelligence data. Focused on seamless integration with third-party tools for risk management and fraud prevention.
